I've been using this as a hip seat, so the shoulder straps are practically unused and in excellent condition. There are no noticeable stains, but there is some wear on the inside of the waist belt. It has a small pocket on the side, which is convenient. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it has been stored at home.
