I used it in a classical saxophone quartet and in band class. There is some mouthpiece patch discoloration, but there are no issues with use. I played it quite a bit, so I think it will sound good in both band and jazz. When shipping, I will clean it with a mouthpiece cleaner and wrap it in bubble wrap. No returns or refunds, please.
