This is a K&F mount adapter, famous among old lens enthusiasts. It allows the use of M42 mount old lenses on Canon EOS M mount cameras. It supports the push-pin type. Due to the step in the screw attachment part, it also supports infinity focus with some Fujinon lenses and Mamiya SX lenses. Since there are no electronic contacts, focus, exposure, etc., are all manual operations. The inside of the mount adapter is not treated for internal reflection. Infinity focus is supported.
