This is a used Wood Stone tenor saxophone. It's unlacquered, giving it a well-used feel. While the manufacturing year is unknown, it has a vintage look and is exceptionally easy to play. Before purchasing (used) this saxophone, I tried numerous tenor saxophones, but this one was by far the easiest to produce a sound. Its vintage appearance was perfect for jazz and ballads. The tone is a matter of personal expression, but it's easy to produce a mellow sound, and especially in the mid-low range, the unique resonance of the unlacquered body enhances the performance. The response is quick, so it's suitable for beginners or those looking for a second tenor saxophone without any issues. The saxophone was adjusted in early 2025 (Reiwa 7). I'm selling it because I haven't had the opportunity to play it recently, but I actually regret letting it go.
