This is a tea spoon engraved with "VENTURA CALIF" and "THE POINSETTIA CITY," and decorated with what appears to be poinsettias. The back is stamped with "90 HOLLAND" (there are other markings, but they are too small to read). It seems to be made in Holland, but is a souvenir from Ventura, California. There is blackening due to the silver's characteristic sulfide reaction. Weight: approximately 15.8g
