This is a very valuable vintage overdrive. It appears to have several parts from the 80s. It's an OD-01 series overdrive, released right after the original TS9 up to '85, which is also valuable. Like the TS, it produces a very similar nuance when used with low gain to push a tube amp. However, this one has a wider gain range and a 2-channel design, making it more versatile. The top three knobs adjust the rhythm guitar, and the bottom three adjust the solo guitar. The rhythm and solo tones can be switched with a footswitch. You can also switch between the two channels with an external footswitch, in addition to the effect's ON/OFF. The distortion is different from a Tube Screamer or Sonic Distortion, but there are some similarities. I think the touch response and vintage sound may be due to the buffer.
