While Asics is also developing thick-soled running shoes, they haven't abandoned thin-soled users, and continue to release the latest models in the Tarther series. I am offering the "TARTHEREDGE 2," which is the successor to the popular "TARTHEREDGE." I purchased these for my middle school daughter to help her train for a 1500m time under 5 minutes and a 3000m time under 10 minutes and 30 seconds. I don't think they were used very much.
