Based on observation through the case, it appears to be in perfect condition except for a slight scratch in the 12th photo, and I believe it is one of the top-tier examples within the grade of 9. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the card's fine condition, the presence of dust inside the case, or minor scratches on the case, as these are graded by the grading company. Also, to protect the graded item during packaging, it will be placed in a crystal pack or a plastic bag.
