This is a RACAL BIG casquette worn by Shiragazome, who is active on TikTok. It's a discontinued model, making it a very rare item. RACAL's official website states the head circumference is about 58cm, but my measurement was about 57cm. (The leather may have shrunk slightly due to aging.)
