Arimatsu-Narumi shibori refers to the cotton shibori produced in the Arimatsu and Narumi areas of Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. It is designated as a "Traditional Craft Product" and is popular for its variety of shibori techniques, ease of wear, and coolness. There is a stain on the left back panel (the stain is slightly visible on the reverse side), but it is not noticeable from a distance. As this is a used item, the unevenness of the shibori has stretched slightly. Also, the dye seems to still be settling, and there may be some color transfer when putting it on.
