This is a discontinued and now rare Playmobil dollhouse with a balcony. From the excitement of assembling the dollhouse to the fun of decorating it with furniture and figures, this is sure to satisfy children and adults alike! I've cherished it, but I'm selling it to organize my collection. In addition to the dollhouse (with assembly instructions, no box), I'm including figures (10 adults, 10 children, 20 total), a large amount of detailed furniture, and small items like dishes! The assembled dollhouse is an impressive size, with a height of 65cm to the chimney, a width of 73cm including the stairs, and a depth of 38cm! I am the second owner, so I do not know about any missing items from the original new condition. Please judge based on the photos, and those seeking a perfect item should refrain from purchasing.
