It's a celebratory girl's kimono with a beautiful pattern and color, featuring auspicious motifs like peonies, plum blossoms, and chrysanthemums. If altered, it can be worn for the Shichi-Go-San (7-5-3 festival) at age 3, making it a luxurious item that can be used for a long time. The material is polyester. Polyester is easy to care for because it can be home-cleaned even if the kimono gets dirty.
