This product is a junk item. All accessories are included except for the original box. A 11s sprocket is also included. Regarding the symptoms, the Bluetooth/ANT lights are on and the app connects without any problems, but only the speed is displayed and power and cadence are not recognized, so there is no load. There were times when a load was applied, but it would cut out. The main unit is clean and there are no unusual noises when rotating.
