RIMOWA 940.31 "TOPAS" Lufthansa Pilot Case - Discontinued - Slim - 29L - Silver ■ This is a vintage RIMOWA Topas Lufthansa Edition 940.31 Pilot Case. It's a slim 29L pilot model. This aluminum case can be used to transport business tools, documents, as well as precious metals, fragile items, valuables, and precision instruments. ● This is a discontinued model of the most popular pilot case in RIMOWA's aluminum case series. It features the standard SUDHAUS 1422 combination lock latches on both sides. It has U-shaped hooks on the top lid for straps. ● The condition has an inorganic surface with an oxide film unique to aluminum, and while there are scratches, slight dents, and minor scratches due to years of use, it is a pilot case with a clean silhouette without any noticeable scratches, heavy wear, or large dents. There are no problems with the handle, fittings, or bottom studs. The interior has some minor fraying of the liner and a corresponding sense of use. ■ The latches are two combination locks (000 set). This pilot case has been discontinued, making it rare, and it will become increasingly difficult to obtain in the future.
