I purchased these new. The insoles are removable, and the soles are made of rubber. I cut off the tags, but they don't seem to fit my child, and they won't walk in them, so I'm selling them. They were only tried on in the living room. This is the final price, considering shipping, sales commission, and the condition of the product.
