Wipe away dust, oil, and moisture from the surface where you want to install the light, and let it dry. Cut the LED tape light to the required length, being careful not to cut anywhere other than the scissor marks. Peel off the backing paper from the back of the LED tape light and slowly apply it to the desired location, pressing firmly.
