US Military Flight Jacket CWU-45/P Size S Early Model VAQ-140 This is an early model of the genuine CWU-45/P flame-resistant flight jacket adopted by the US Air Force. Features of the early model include action pleats on the back, vertical stitching on the wind flap, and Velcro for the inner pouch pocket. The pouch pocket is not included. VAQ-140 "Electronic Warfare Squadron 140" patch on the right chest, Velcro base for the name patch on the left chest, Prowler aircraft patch on the right sleeve, American flag (yellow frame) patch on the left sleeve. "Colonel" rank insignia on both shoulders. Each patch is sewn on. Details unknown due to tag loss.
