Purchased in early 2025. This is a Montbell Climaplus 100 Outer Jacket. The fit is neither too tight nor too loose, making it easy to wear for everyday use and mountain climbing. I'm selling it due to a wardrobe clear-out. I've worn it several times as casual wear. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there is a feeling of wear.
