This is a REDINGTON Classic Trout 4-weight, 4-piece fly rod, a long-selling model. The action is, in my subjective opinion, tip-flex, which I think is good. Although it's a 4-weight, it can easily handle a 5-weight line. I purchased it about 10 years ago, but I haven't had many opportunities to use it, only taking it out two or three times as I don't often fish in large rivers. The rod is generally in good condition, with only a scratch on the end cap. However, the zipper on the case is broken and won't close. Please see the photos. Price is negotiable.
