This is a flower vase with a cut-off ear, a work by the first generation Toko Konishi of Bizen ware. It's a very unique flower vase, a magnificent piece with elaborate cut-off details. It was expensive, but I bought it immediately. Several years ago, a local antique shop owner acquired a good piece of Bizen ware.
