Price negotiations are not possible. This is a certificate tray, A3 size. It is in generally good condition, but there are slight areas where the gold color is thin on the edges. See photos 5 and 6. Therefore, I have marked the condition as "slightly scratched or stained." Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this or are overly sensitive. Please forgive any minor oversights as this is a personal inspection. See photo 12 for detailed size. The outer box is included, but it has come apart at the edges. I will wrap the tray in the inner packaging bag, place it in the outer box, and then secure it with packing tape before shipping. Please understand this before purchasing.
