Tamagawa Asama Shrine is famous for being where Ayumi Hamasaki dedicated offerings. It is also the hometown of Shigeo Nagashima, and you can see the name of Kazushige Nagashima on dedications. The enshrined deity of Tamagawa Asama Shrine is a beautiful female goddess, described as "blooming and fragrant like cherry blossoms." Many people visit the shrine to pray for fertility and safe childbirth. First, there's a stunning view overlooking the Tamagawa River! Then, there's a path lined with lava from Mount Fuji, and a mysterious stone called Koomi-ishi (childbirth stone). Furthermore, it is famous as a pilgrimage site for movie fans because it was a filming location for the movie "Shin Godzilla."
