I believe this was a souvenir in place of a pamphlet for the SOFT BALLET 2003 tour, "Daidanen." It includes a box containing booklets for each of the three members and a CD-R. I recall that the CD-R contained short videos of each member, but it seems that it may not play on all computers or CD players. I have kept it carefully on a bookshelf, so although there is some slight discoloration on the spine of the box, I think the condition is quite good. Please understand and acknowledge that this is an item from a previous era.
