This is an outer garment with a nylon exterior and a fleece lining. I've had it for several years, but it's in good condition. I've worn it less than 10 times. I think I bought it for around 5000 yen. It has many pockets, is waterproof, and is warm thanks to the fleece lining, making it suitable for outdoor activities.
