This is a very unique antique kimono with an unusual pattern arrangement. It has five family crests and is Edo purple. There is embroidery on the hem and the lining (hakkake). The auspicious motifs include pine, bamboo, plum, and imperial court carriages. It can be used for both collection and wearing.
