I bought this because the backrest on the cheap cover for my child's electric bicycle was too low, and the cover was hitting my child's head, making them seem cramped. It's a product called "Kodomo Head," but I don't have any instructions. I found installation instructions online, although it's a different model. There are scratches. Since it's installed inside the cover, they won't be visible once installed. No refunds are possible. Please make sure it can be installed on your bicycle before purchasing. Due to shipping costs, this is only sold as a set.
