This is a tote bag made with a beige fabric featuring a tomato pattern on the outer layer, beige fabric with random dots for the handles, and plain off-white fabric for the lining. The tomatoes and dots are a color between red and orange. No interfacing is used. The handles are sturdy, but the main body of the bag is relatively soft, although it has some thickness. A leather tag has been attached. (Photo 7) Green embroidery stitches have been added to the tomatoes on one side of the tag. (Photo 8) Tote bags of this size are often tall, but this one has a slightly wider shape, creating a unique silhouette. This fabric has neps (small knots that occur during weaving), uneven weaving, and black specks (remnants of cotton stems and leaves). Please understand that this is a characteristic of natural materials. It is carefully made with a sewing machine and by hand. Please understand that as it is handmade, there may be slight misalignments or distortions. There are no smokers or pets in the house.
