Low Friction, Thin Tires, Carbon Reinforced Wheels, Stepped Through-hole and hex hole processing have been done. Work Process ① Wheel Rounding *Work is performed using a dedicated lathe and original cutting blades. I believe the accuracy is quite high, even on the front and back of the rim. ② Tire Adhesion *Adhesive is used. While it can be removed if you try, I have never had one come off during running. Instant glue inhibits the flexibility of the tire in the contact area, so I don't use it. ③ Cut to specified dimensions in almost one shot (+0.1) *Errors occur over time due to friction heat when filing. To minimize friction heat, I use sharp, non-warping, strong blades. ④ Fine Adjustment ⑤ Stepped Processing *Using original sharp blades, I make cuts along the vertical axis and work with blades that cut without shaving the horizontal axis. I don't sell many tires on Mercari, but I think I've made about 1500 tires in the past, including for my own use and racer requests. As of October 2025. I am confident in the wheel accuracy, but this is a personal sale, so there may be errors or tool marks from the manufacturing process. I feel that the quality of Tamiya's manufacturing has recently declined. Craters appear during production due to pinholes and uneven quality. I basically sell these as B-grade products, but they may appear over time (such as complete drying of cleaners). I try to leave time after production before listing, but please understand that in such cases, it is not a problem for running. There was a person who gave a bad evaluation even though it was stated in the product description that it was a B-grade product. They even made abusive comments in the comments, such as demanding an apology. It's very disappointing.
