This is a stainless steel slotted ladle by Sori Yanagi. I'm a fan of Sori Yanagi and have collected various items, but I'm going to let go of some that I haven't used much. I can't even remember what I used this slotted ladle for, I haven't used it at all. I've been using the smaller slotted ladle instead... I'd like to pass this on to someone who can use it.
