This is a Dsquared2 men's shirt. It's size 44 and quite slim. It was a bit tight on me at 175cm and 64kg, so someone around 60kg might be a better fit if they're the same height. I think it's a great option for those looking for a slim shirt. There's a slight scuff on the collar, but I don't think it's too noticeable. I bought it a few years ago at Hankyu Men's Kan.
