I only wore this once for my graduation ceremony. I was wearing a coat the entire day, so it didn't really come into contact with the outside. It's made of a flowy fabric, and the cuffs are designed to be folded. Size: S Color: Black I think it would be lovely to wear over a T-shirt or something similar. I will fold it up small for shipping, so it may get wrinkled. Please be aware of this.
