Recently, when I tried to use it, only black ink stopped printing. When I tried to clean it, I ran out of the other color inks, leaving only black ink remaining. I have reset it to its initial factory settings. The power turns on, and the touch panel works, but since I don't have the other inks, it's unclear if it can print normally. Therefore, I'm selling it as junk. I will include a brand new, unopened cyan ink cartridge.
