I am selling this item to declutter. The disc has been tested and confirmed to work, though only for a short time. The card has also been tested and confirmed to work. I purchased this item new and have stored it at home. The included accessories are the controller, AC adapter, and AV cable. There is an instruction manual, but it is stained.
