The sturdy glass container doesn't retain odors after use. * 750ml capacity, great for large batches of breadcrumbs, banana smoothies, etc. * Homemade additive-free furikake (seasoning), and dashi powder can be made with the mill (this part is unused). * Approximately 35cm tall. It's an older model, but there are no operational issues. I wiped it down with alcohol, but there is some yellowing on the surface and stains on the cord that won't come off.
