This is a national flag purchased from Futami Okitama Shrine (Meoto Iwa - the Married Couple Rocks) in Futami-cho, Ise City, Mie Prefecture. It was assembled once indoors and left for a few days, but has never been used outdoors. It was stored in a plastic bag. There are areas where the black color from the handle has transferred onto the plastic bag it was stored in, and there are also two very small stains on the flag itself. These are believed to be due to color transfer during storage and natural deterioration. The other parts are generally white. Please purchase only if you understand the above condition.
