Can be worn around the neck or as a shoulder bag. I displayed it in my room for Halloween the year I bought it, and then stored it in a dark place. I think it's in generally good condition, but there is some aging on the clasp (see photo 4) (opens and closes without issue). The Mickey pumpkin print has some cracking due to aging (see photo 3).
