Both the instruction manual and cards are included. There are no noticeable markings, but since a child played with them, there are small scratches, scuffs, and stains (that don't show up well in the photos), as shown in the pictures. They are still playable, so I would be happy to pass them on to someone who understands that they are used items. Shipping will be via Yu-Packet Post. Price reductions are difficult. Thank you.
