Thank you for viewing. This is a rod that has been modified from the first generation Heartland Saegake into a 2-piece rod. I purchased it in this condition, so I don't know the details. It doesn't appear to have had the tip shortened. There are some minor scratches from use, but I think it's in good condition for its age.
