NANKAI Neoprene Handle Cover Wide NHC-02 Nankai Parts This is a large handle cover from Nankai Parts. Made of neoprene material, also used in wetsuits, it shuts out wind and rain. The inner lining is made of soft fabric, and the cuffs have drawstrings to keep warmth in. Reflective material included. I used it for a couple of months and liked it because it was easy to operate, but I'm selling it because it doesn't match the color of my bike. It has been used sparingly and has no noticeable scratches or scuffs, but there are wrinkles on the straps.
