This is a black Griffin PowerMate. The LED on the bottom is blue. You can intuitively control things like brush size in programs like Crystal and Photoshop by assigning shortcuts. I was using three of them side-by-side with a left-hand device. If you'd like, I can provide the drivers somehow. The cable has yellowed slightly, but I was using it until recently, so I've confirmed that it works.
