Regarding the condition of the printer: I have confirmed that the power turns on and the touch panel functions. I attempted to print, but the print surface remains white, possibly due to the ink cartridges being solidified. I performed cleaning several times, but it did not resolve the issue. It is uncertain whether replacing the ink cartridges with new ones would fix the problem, so I am classifying this as junk.
