I obtained this at a souvenir shop in Mashiko during a trip over a decade ago, but I never had the chance to use it and it has been sleeping in my tea cabinet for a long time. The kiln is unknown, but it is believed to be Mashiko ware. It is a charming ceramic with a humorous and cute pufferfish shape. The pair of sake cups, one white and one reddish-brown, add to its appeal. The sake cups are approximately 4.5-5 cm in diameter and 4 cm deep. The sake flask is approximately 7.6 cm high, 13.5 cm wide, and weighs approximately 210g. The main body is unused and shows almost no signs of age-related deterioration. It comes with a dedicated paper box, but the box shows signs of deterioration due to sun exposure. Three small sake cups (approximately 4.5 cm in diameter and 3.5 cm deep) are included as accessories. The sake flask has a capacity of about 1.5 go (approximately 270ml).
