These slacks have a nice drape and color. The material is similar to seersucker, though not quite. The waist is elastic, and they're a bit loose on me, so I'm selling them. I think they would fit someone who usually wears a 32-inch waist or larger. I bought them about 7 years ago at Deep Green in Koenji.
