I bought it about 2 years ago, but I'm selling it because the cute floral pattern no longer suits me. I wore it 2 or 3 times. I measured the dimensions with the garment laid flat. There may be some errors due to my being a novice. Waist is about 32cm, and there is elastic from the sides to the back. There is no zipper. The skirt length is 87cm, a long length.
