This is a modification to a Vixen Porta mount, allowing for motors to be attached to both axes. By using a MEADE #494 or #497, automatic Go-To and tracking are possible, but the accuracy is lower compared to mounts like the AZ-GTi. Photo 3 shows the components actually glued to the Porta mount with a glue gun, but the Porta mount itself is not included in this sale. Only the control board needs to be glued with a glue gun, and mounting holes are provided on the mount as shown in the photo. This listing does not include gears, so the price has been reduced accordingly. The photos show the gearless configuration. The motors are dual-axis motors and include encoder rings. If you wish to purchase the gears as a set, the price will be 5800 yen. This can be arranged by including 800 yen worth of stamps. A MEADE speed controller or #494 is required as a controller.
