This is a piece of patterned fabric for boys. The robot pattern measures 45cm wide and 27cm long. The Pokémon patterns can be cut out at 51cm wide and 8cm long, and 63cm wide and 6.5cm long. I will also include the blue string, although I don't know how many meters there are (see image 4).
