The size is measured without including the parts that have been cut off, so it will be wider than the sizes listed above. As far as I could tell with a casual inspection, I didn't see any stains or dirt, but since these are used items, I've marked the product condition as "slightly scratched or dirty." (I apologize if I missed anything.) There may be traces of marking pens, so please be aware of this.
