This is a Kipling travel pouch (hanging pouch). It has a considerable amount of storage capacity. The color is cream. It may look dirty in the images, but that's due to the lighting. The second and third images show the correct color. It has a hook that allows it to be hung, so it can be hung on hooks in hotel bathrooms, etc. It also comes with a removable mirror. The mirror is not made of glass, so there's no need to worry about it breaking, but it does have some scratches (see image 9). To explain it when hung, there's a zippered pocket at the top, a removable mirror below that, and two rubber holders below the mirror. Below that, there's a zippered mesh pocket.
