I have twins, and one had a strong tendency to turn their head to one side. We couldn't correct it with towels, and they had to undergo helmet therapy. However, we started using this Yuuny Sleep for the other twin, and it helped prevent them from developing a head-turning preference. They seemed to sleep comfortably, as if they were being held. (I wish I had used this sooner...) Unfortunately, they quickly went through a phase of sleeping on their stomachs, so I only used it a few times.
