It's a Santa-like costume... though I'm not sure if I can call it that, but it's a cute cape cosplay. Haha. The pure white design feels wintry, so I don't think it's a Santa costume, but it's a perfect outfit for winter. I bought it on Amazon for about 4000 yen and wore it only once.
